Where crypto regulation is still a grey area in many countries, many exchanges have come up with the new model of exchanging crypto with fiat currency, and that process is knows as "Peer-2-Peer" exchange or "Peer-2-Peer" trading. Even P2P trading is also new and getting mature day by day. It is the best solution yet for those countries who are still dealing with hard discussion on crypto.
Recently, i used Binance P2P feature and i was impressed with the easiness of the entire process. So i created a video covering all steps for a successful transaction. I selected "INR" for the demo as i am from India but the process is same when you will choose your currency.
